I like this bag, but I don’t *love* it. The color is just like the pictures which I like a lot. I had mine customized & the engraving is fairly small and light - not very visible or distinct. The zipper is stiff but I suspect that it will loosen up with use. There are small marks inside near the top where the bag was lined up at the center, looks like a silver sharpie which I think is a little odd, & the color is slightly faded behind the straps. I plan on using this as a work tote, which it will work nicely for as it holds my computer, notebook, water bottle & wallet with plenty of room to spare. I bought the bag during a sale & I do think that it was a fair price for a large leather tote. *Update - The seller reached out to me about my feedback and offered a resolution to address my concerns, so I updated my star rating.

The bag arrived really quickly. The leather is fine and the tote is pretty and functional but there is a fishy smell inside of the bag and it doesn't go away even after a few weeks of using. Hopefully will be gone soon though, but for now I don't feel comfortable opening it especially being near other people.

I LOVE this bag!! It’s SO beautiful and sturdy. Only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish the bag had been sent in a sturdier shipping package. The post office did not handle the package with care and the package was ripped when I received it, causing a pretty noticeable gash in the leather at the bottom of the bag. The gash isn’t the seller’s fault but better packaging when shipping could have avoided that.

It's a tad stiff, but I suppose a softer leather would have been double the price. I did however have to pay to get a magnet put in for the big pocket inside as it just hung open all the time. I get that the pockets are fastened to the top portion of the purse because its attached to the handle. But if the pockets were secured lower in the purse, the purse wouldn't cave in wards with the weight of the pockets.
